Definition of rubber joint:
1. Flexible rubber joints are composed of fabric and metal reinforced rubber parts and flange or flat flexible joint. They are used for vibration isolation, noise reduction and displacement compensation of metal pipeline system.
2. The axial displacement of flexible rubber joint is the elongation or compression of rubber joint in the direction of fluid flow (i.e. the direction of central axis).
3. The lateral displacement of flexible rubber joint is the displacement of rubber joint in the direction perpendicular to the fluid direction, i.e. the axis direction.
4. The angular displacement of the flexible rubber joint is the sum of the angles between the vertical center line of the two end faces of the rubber joint and the original central axis.

Jgd single ball flexible rubber joint is introduced in detail
Jgd single ball flexible rubber joint is also called rubber soft connection, pipe shock absorber, shock absorber throat, soft joint, etc. This product is imported from foreign advanced production technology. During the production process, the inner layer is subjected to high pressure, and the nylon cord fabric and the rubber layer get better combination, which has higher working pressure and better quality than ordinary flexible rubber joint. Its characteristics are that the inner rubber layer is integrated, smooth and seamless, and the label is vulcanized to combine with the product. Jgd single ball flexible rubber joint, which is a flexible coupling of metal pipe, is composed of rubber ball with inner rubber layer, nylon cord fabric reinforcement, outer rubber layer composite and loose sleeve metal flange. It can be widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, fire protection, papermaking, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, ship, water pump, compressor, fan and other pipeline systems. The common type is used to transport air, compressed air, water, sea water, oil, acid, alkali, etc. from - 15 ℃ to 115 ℃. The special type is used to transport the above medium or oil, concentrated acid and alkali, solid materials above - 30 ℃ ~ 250 ℃.

Performance characteristics of jgd single ball flexible rubber joint:
1. The flexible single ball rubber joint can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, and fundamentally solve the problems of joint displacement, axial expansion and different centrality of various pipelines.
2. According to the different materials, the flexible single ball rubber joint can be made into acid, alkali, corrosion, oil, heat resistance and other varieties, which can adapt to a variety of media and environment.
3. Flexible single ball rubber joint material is polar rubber, good sealing, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, long service life, but avoid contact with sharp metal instruments, so as to avoid piercing the ball.
4. If the flexible single ball rubber joint is used overhead with elastic support, the bolts shall be tightened with diagonal method during installation.
5. When the pressure is too high, the single flange joint can be used together with the bending bolt.

Jgd single ball flexible rubber joint is mainly used for lifting and transporting raw water and sewage, water supply and cooling circulating water of thermal power plant, metallurgical industry, condensate water, chemical industry pipeline transportation, petrochemical industry cooling, dilution and flexible connection between long and short distance pipelines in other industries. Because rubber has high wear resistance, it is also suitable for low temperature transportation of granular and powdery and vapor in all industries.

Installation method of jgd single ball flexible rubber joint:
1. During installation of jgd single ball flexible rubber joint, it is strictly forbidden to install beyond the displacement limit.
2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical, and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. When the working pressure is more than 1.6 MPa, the installation bolt should have elastic pressure pad to prevent the bolt from loosening during operation.
4. During vertical installation, both ends of the joint pipe shall be supported by vertical force, and anti pulling device can be adopted to prevent pulling off under working pressure.
5. The installation position of jgd single ball flexible rubber joint should be far away from heat source and ozone area. It is strictly forbidden to expose to strong radiation light and use medium that does not meet the requirements of this product.
6. It is strictly forbidden to cut the surface and sealing surface of jgd single ball flexible rubber joint by sharp instruments during transportation and loading and unloading.
