Jgd type double sphere flexible rubber joint

Classification of rubber joints:
1. According to the use performance, it can be divided into three categories: general, special and heat-resistant,
General class: suitable for conveying water with temperature of - 15 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, acid solution or alkali solution with concentration below 10%.
Special category: suitable for special performance requirements, such as oil resistance, plug resistance, ozone resistance, wear resistance or chemical corrosion resistance.
Heat resistant: suitable for water temperature higher than 80 ℃.
2. According to the structure, it can be divided into single sphere, double sphere, three sphere and elbow sphere, and each form can be divided into three types: concentric equal diameter, concentric reducing diameter and eccentric reducing diameter.
3. According to the connection form of product and pipeline, it can be divided into flange connection, thread connection, clamp connection and threaded pipe flange connection.
4. According to the working pressure: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6Mpa, 2.5MPa, 6.4Mpa.

The performance characteristics of jgd double ball flexible rubber joint are as follows
Flexible double ball rubber joint is also called rubber soft connection, rubber elastic joint, pipe shock absorber, shock absorber, soft joint, shock absorber, etc. It is a kind of pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and climate resistance. The flexible rubber joint includes single ball rubber joint, double ball rubber joint and reducing rubber joint. Its performance features are as follows:
1. Flexible double ball rubber joint has the advantages of small volume, light weight, good elasticity and convenient installation and maintenance.
2. When the flexible double ball rubber joint is installed, it can produce lateral, axial and angular displacement, which is not limited by the pipe not in the center and the flange is not parallel.
3. When the rubber joint works, it can reduce the bending vibration of the ball.
4. The internal seamless high-pressure rubber joint developed by our factory can effectively prevent the corrosion of corrosive medium on the inner wall of rubber joint in the pipeline with high temperature resistance, acid alkali resistance and oil resistance, and improve the service life.

Installation method of jgd double ball flexible rubber joint:
1. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the displacement limit when the flexible rubber joint is installed.
2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical, and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. When the rubber joint is installed on the ground, in the air or vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint shall be less than the support force of the pipeline, otherwise, anti pulling device shall be installed to prevent pulling off under working pressure.
4. Rubber joint should be far away from heat source and ozone area. Strong radiation light is strictly prohibited. Exposure to the sun and the use of media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
5. During transportation, loading and unloading and installation of rubber joint, it is strictly forbidden to cut the surface sealing surface by sharp instruments.
6. Please use special flange or small diameter flange for butterfly valve when installing products above DN200 mm, so as to avoid flange pulling off, water leakage and water seepage after installation.
