2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical, and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. When the rubber joint is installed on the ground, in the air or vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint shall be less than the support force of the pipeline, otherwise, anti pulling device shall be installed to prevent pulling off under working pressure.
4. Rubber joint should be far away from heat source and ozone area. Strong radiation light is strictly prohibited. Exposure to the sun and the use of media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
5. During transportation, loading and unloading and installation of rubber joint, it is strictly forbidden to cut the surface sealing surface by sharp instruments.
6. Please use special flange or small diameter flange for butterfly valve when installing products above DN200 mm, so as to avoid flange pulling off, water leakage and water seepage after installation.
Use and installation:
1. Flexible rubber joint pipe construction, it must be in a natural state, do not artificially in the installation of products produce artificial deformation. When the pipeline medium is acid and alkali resistant, oil resistant, high temperature and other special materials, the joint with a gear higher than the pipeline working pressure should be selected.
2. The flange connecting rubber joint shall be valve flange or flange conforming to GB / t9115.1 (RF).
3. The normal applicable medium of flexible rubber joint is ordinary water with temperature of 0-60 ° C. In case of special medium such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard materials, rubber joint with corresponding special resistance shall be selected, and it is not allowed to be used in series or in general.
4. When the flexible rubber joint is used at the inlet and outlet of the water pump, it should be located at the side of the water spring, and the metal reducing joint should be installed between the water spring and the water spring, and it should be installed at the large diameter source of the variable diameter.
5. When the pipeline displacement is greater than or equal to the maximum compensation of the joint, the number of joints should be increased to parallel the displacement. It is strictly forbidden to make the joint in the limit deflection displacement and deviation state in order to adjust the pipeline out of tolerance, let alone exceed the limit (expansion, displacement, deflection, etc.), see the table below for the specific installation data.
6. For high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipeline shall be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor frame, and the joint shall not bear the weight and axial force of the pipe itself, otherwise the joint shall be equipped with anti pulling device (the bearing force must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline).
7. When installing the rubber joint, the screw of the bolt should extend to the outside of the joint, and the bolt of each flange end face should be repeatedly and evenly tightened according to the method of diagonal pressure to prevent pressure deviation. Screw joint should be tightened evenly with standard spanner. Do not use force applying stem to make movable joint slip, slide edge and fracture. Moreover, regular inspection should be carried out to avoid looseness causing disc detachment or water seepage.
8. After the rubber flexible joint is subjected to pressure for the first time (such as installation and pressure test) or before it is put into use again after long-term shutdown, the bolts shall be re pressurized and tightened before putting into operation.
9. When using or storing rubber flexible joint, avoid high temperature, ozone oil and acid-base environment. Sunshade frame shall be built for outdoor or sunny and windward pipes. It is strictly prohibited to have any storm, rain or wind turbidity. It is forbidden to brush paint and wrap thermal insulation material on the surface of joint. Rubber products should be replaced timely due to aging problems.
