07fs02 rigid closed casing

07fs02 rigid closed casing details:
1. The sealing filler can be filled with epoxy resin, sealed fireproof mortar, white cloth tape with polyvinyl acetate root, and oil hemp winding sealing according to the actual situation.
2. It is not blocked in peacetime, but in wartime conversion period.
3. When the electrical pipelines of civil air defense projects of nuclear class 4, nuclear class 4b, nuclear grade 5 and air defense engineering are laid in open pipes, resistance plate protection shall be set in the direction of shock wave (closed door or outside of sealing in case of war).
4. It is not necessary to set resistance piece for electrical pipelines of civil air defense projects of nuclear grade 6, nuclear class 6B and air defense engineering grade 6.
5. In the direction of the shock wave on the outside of the protective closed door or emergency sealing, the junction box should adopt the protective cover plate, and the thickness of the cover plate should be hot-dip galvanized steel plate with the thickness of ≥ 3mm.
6. The junction box shall be made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate with thickness ≥ 3mm.

Brief introduction of waterproof casing:
Waterproof casing is also called through wall casing. Flexible waterproof casing is generally applicable to structures with vibration or strict waterproof requirements where the pipeline passes through the wall. After the casing part is processed, the outer wall shall be painted with primer (including camphor Dan or cold primer oil). Waterproof casing is divided into rigid waterproof casing and flexible waterproof casing. The flexible water-proof casing is mainly used in places with high requirements such as civil air defense wall and pool, while the rigid waterproof casing is generally used in the basement where the pipeline needs to pass through.
Flexible waterproof sleeve is a kind of metal pipe fitting which is suitable for the structure with vibration or strict waterproof requirements where the pipe passes through the wall. The general manufacturers are manufactured according to S312 and 02s404 standard atlas developed and designed by the Architectural Science Research Institute. If the wall where the flexible waterproof casing passes through the wall, the concrete wall should be used if it is not concrete, and the casing must be solidified in the wall at one time; the flexible waterproof casing is widely used in construction, chemical industry, steel, tap water, sewage treatment and other units.  
Rigid waterproof casing is steel pipe with flange ring (steel plate is made of annular sleeve on steel pipe), which is installed in the wall (mostly concrete wall). It is used for general pipeline through the wall, which is conducive to the waterproof of the wall. Besides the external wing ring, the flexible waterproof sleeve also has baffle ring inside. It can be sold in sets or processed by itself. It can be used for pipeline with shock absorption, such as connecting with water pump When the pipe passes through the wall.
Both flexible and rigid water-proof sleeves are hardware fittings for pipes to pass through the walls of buildings subject to vibration or strict waterproof requirements. They are commonly used in construction, chemical industry, steel, tap water, sewage treatment and other units.
The most intuitive difference between the rigid waterproof casing and the flexible waterproof casing is that the appearance is different. The flexible waterproof casing has a rubber water stop ring inside, so as to prevent water leakage when used in the pool wall. Their installation length is different. The standard length of flexible casing is 300 mm, while that of rigid casing is 200 mm. However, they have one thing in common, which can be extended or shortened arbitrarily.

Instructions for 07fs02 rigid closed casing:
1. All dimensions in this drawing are in mm.
2. The rigid waterproof casing is generally subject to vibration or structures with strict waterproof requirements where it passes through the wall.
3. After the casing part is processed, the outer wall shall be painted with primer (including camphor Dan or cold primer oil). The anticorrosion of outer layer is decided by design.
4. If the casing passes through the wall, the concrete wall should be used if it is not a concrete wall. The concrete pouring range should be 200 mm larger than the wing ring diameter (D6), and the casing must be poured into the wall.
5. The thickness of the concrete wall at the place where the pipe passes through shall not be less than 200 mm, otherwise the wall shall be thickened on one side or both sides. The diameter of the thickened part shall be at least 200 mm larger than that of the wing ring (D6).
6. The material weight of casing shall be calculated separately according to the wall thickness L value of 200 mm.
7. The welding material of casing parts is made of A3 material and welded by T42.

07fs02 rigid closed casing installation method:

1、 Installation together with civil construction
——When the pipeline passes through the shear wall foundation, beam and special-shaped column of concrete structure, it shall be installed together with the civil engineering. The reason is that the secondary pouring between the casing and the concrete is not easy to handle after the holes are reserved; some cannot be handled, such as installing rigid waterproof casing on the concrete shear wall of basement foundation.
2、 Installation before piping installation
——When the pipeline passes through the concrete floor and common brick wall, holes are generally reserved on the concrete floor, and the common brick wall can be drilled through the wall hole. At the floor, before installing the pipeline, drop the line and install the casing. On the brick wall, draw lines, plant supports, find the slope, and install the casing.
Construction of waterproof casing pipe:
1. The main pipe of waterproof casing adopts ductile cast iron pipe, rubber ring socket joint, d325 × 8 welded steel pipe is used for bridge pipe, d219 × 6 welded steel pipe is used for embedded branch pipe along the road.
2. Before the construction, the pipe fittings and valves shall be tested, and the pressure level shall not be lower than 1.5 times of the working pressure of the pipeline. After the materials enter the site and before the pipe laying, the pipes and accessories shall be inspected, including written certificate and physical inspection.
3. It is strictly forbidden to throw or collide violently in the process of transportation, loading and unloading and stacking. The laying of pipes shall be carried out only after the trench inspection is qualified. Before laying the pipes, the appearance of pipes and fittings shall be re inspected, and the pipes and fittings with problems shall not be used.
4. When the waterproof casing pipe is lifted and put into the groove, the reliable soft belt sling shall be used, and the trench shall be laid smoothly without violent collision with the groove bottom and groove wall. The pipes are distributed along the trench to reduce the secondary handling. In order to ensure the accuracy of the pipe laying position, it is necessary to place a level ruler with a center scale in the pipe. During the inspection, check whether the center suspension line sagging on the pipeline coordinate center line coincides with the center of the level ruler.

Description of 07fs02 rigid closed casing:
1. The thickness of concrete wall at the pipe crossing position shall not be less than 200, otherwise one or both sides of the wall shall be thickened. The diameter of the thickened part shall be at least D4 + 200.
2. The steel pipe and retaining ring shall be galvanized after welding, and then installed with casing. After installation, the baffle plate and fixed flange shall be welded.
3. The welder adopts manual arc welding, and the model of welding rod is E4303.
