Compensator

The compensator belongs to a compensation element. The effective expansion and contraction deformation of bellows is used to absorb the size change caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of pipelines, pipes and vessels, or to compensate the axial, transverse and angular displacement of pipelines, conduits and containers. It can also be used for noise reduction and vibration reduction. It is widely used in modern industry.

Introduction of compensator:
The compensator belongs to a compensation element. It mainly absorbs lateral displacement and a small amount of axial displacement.
Angular type
The utility model is composed of a connecting pipe, a corrugated pipe and a pair of hinges connected with the connecting pipe. It can only absorb the angular displacement of a single plane. When absorbing displacement, two or three angular compensators should be used in combination, and the hinge should be able to bear internal pressure and thrust. Working temperature ≤ 420 ℃, fatigue life 1000 times.

According to the material classification:
1. Metal compensator
The metal corrugated compensator is made of austenitic stainless steel or materials required by customers, which has excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance (- 235 ℃ ~ +It can be connected in any direction in the pipeline to compensate and absorb vibration, reduce noise, change the direction of medium transmission, eliminate mechanical displacement between pipelines or between pipelines and equipment. Double flange corrugated metal hose is especially suitable for flexible joints of various pumps and valves with displacement and vibration.
2. Non metallic fabric compensator
The elastic components of the main body are non-metallic materials, usually fiber fabrics and rubber materials. This kind of material can replace fiber fabrics in various working conditions except that it can not meet the service conditions under ultra-high temperature (above 400).

The applicable features and uses of the compensator are as follows:
Product features:
The product mainly uses the unique properties of rubber. Such as high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance. It is made of polyester cord with high strength and strong thermal and cold stability, and then cross-linked by high pressure and high temperature molding. It has high internal density, can bear high pressure, and has excellent elastic deformation effect. It is especially suitable for the places where the geological conditions are complex, the settlement range is large and the pipeline is damaged due to frequent cold and hot changes in pipeline operation. It has the advantages of accurate size, clean surface, compact structure, large compensation, no leakage, corrosion resistance, long service life, easy installation and reliable product quality. At the same time, according to the user's working environment, conditions and fatigue failure times, other types and applications of corrugated compensator can be developed for users. This product is widely used in steel, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, water supply and drainage, construction and other industries.

Installation and use requirements of compensator:
1. The model, specification and pipeline configuration of compensator should be checked before installation, which must meet the design requirements.
2. Pay attention to the direction of the rotation of the inner hinge of the sleeve with respect to the flow of the compensator.
3. For the compensator that needs to be "cold tight", the auxiliary components for pre deformation should be removed after the pipeline installation.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the deformation method of corrugated compensator to adjust the installation out of tolerance of pipeline, so as to avoid affecting the normal function of compensator, reducing the service life and increasing the load of piping, equipment and supporting components.
5. During installation, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the wave shell and other mechanical damage is not allowed.
6. After the piping system is installed, the Yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the bellows compensator shall be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the pipeline system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions.
7. All moving components of the compensator shall not be blocked by external components or limit its range of motion, and the normal operation of each moving part shall be ensured.
8. During the hydraulic test, the secondary fixed pipe support with compensator pipe end shall be reinforced to prevent the pipeline from moving or rotating. For the compensator used in gas medium and its connecting pipeline, it is necessary to add temporary support when filling water. The content of 96 chloride ion in the cleaning solution for water pressure test shall not exceed 25ppm.
9. After the hydraulic test, the water in the wave shell should be drained as soon as possible, and the inner surface of the wave shell should be dried quickly.
10. The insulation material in contact with the compensator bellows shall be chlorine free.
