It is widely used in electricity, metallurgy, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and other industries. It is mainly used for the connection between water pump, valve and pipeline. It has certain multi-directional displacement in pipeline operation, which can relieve blind plate thrust in pipeline operation It can protect the pipeline, especially the installation and maintenance of the pipeline. Description of SF steel expansion device:
1. The steel expansion joint is composed of metal casting or welding, and the trapezoidal rubber sealing ring is selected at the loose sleeve part. Under the action of the gland and bolt, the rubber compression elastic deformation principle is used to force the sealing ring to deform between the outer wall of the expansion pipe of the joint body for static sealing;
2. The metal and sealing ring shall be selected strictly according to the performance and user's requirements. The material shall be coated with high-strength anti-corrosion coating. The connecting bolts of each part shall be made of high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel;
3. Because there is a certain gap between the body and the expansion pipe, it has a certain axial and radial displacement. In the pipeline, it can effectively compensate and relieve the thrust of the pipeline and blind plate, and is convenient for the installation, maintenance and replacement of the water pump and valve. It is regarded as the most ideal matching product in the pipeline installation and operation.

Brief introduction of steel expansion device:
Expansion joint is also called expansion joint, expansion joint, compensator and expansion joint. The expansion device can be axially retracted within a certain range, and can also overcome the offset caused by different axial joints of the pipeline in a certain angle. Function of SF steel expansion device:
SF steel expansion joint, also known as expansion joint, expansion joint and compensator, can be divided into several types, such as corrugated compensator, sleeve compensator, rotary compensator, square natural compensator, etc. among them, the corrugated compensator is more commonly used to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline and has the following functions:
1. Compensate the axial, transverse and angular thermal deformation of absorption pipe.
2. Absorb equipment vibration and reduce the impact of equipment vibration on pipeline.

Precautions for installation and use of SF steel expansion device:
1. The model, specification and pipeline configuration of the expansion device should be checked before installation, which must meet the design requirements.
2. Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the inner hinge sleeve of the cylinder with the same direction as that of the inner plane of the telescopic sleeve.
3. For the expansion joint that needs to be "cold tightened", the auxiliary components for pre deformation should be removed after the pipeline installation.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the method of expansion joint deformation to adjust the installation out of tolerance of the pipeline, so as to avoid affecting the normal function of the expansion device, reducing the service life and increasing the load of the piping system, equipment and supporting components.
5. During installation, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the wave shell and other mechanical damage is not allowed.
6. After the piping system is installed, the Yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the wave expansion device should be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device should be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the pipeline system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions.
7. All moving elements of the expansion device shall not be stuck or restricted by external components, and the normal operation of each moving part shall be ensured.
8. During the water pressure test, the secondary fixed pipe support at the end of the pipeline with expansion device shall be reinforced to prevent the pipeline from moving or rotating. For the expansion device and its connecting pipeline used in gas medium, it is necessary to add temporary support when filling water. The content of 96 chloride ion in the cleaning solution for water pressure test shall not exceed 25ppm.
